Refund policy

All vintage and made to order item sales are final. For items in our collection, you may return within 7 days for store credit. If an item was damaged by the shipping company during transit, please include 2-3 photos of the packaging and the product. Cómodo is not liable for stolen or lost packages or if incorrect mailing address was inputted.

TO MAKE A RETURN REQUEST

Please email us at info@shop-comodo.com to receive a Return Authorization number.or submit a request through our contact form. The RA# should be visible on the outside of the return packaging. Any return that does not include a Return Authorization number on the package will be returned to sender upon attempted delivery. Cómodo is not responsible if the returned package is lost or the item is damaged in the mail. We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured.
