Shipping policy
IMPORTANT NOTE ON OUR TEXTILES
Please note that we ship Monday - Friday. Any orders placed over the weekend will ship out on Monday.
For domestic orders, there is a $10 flat shipping.
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately at info@shop-comodo.com. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon delivery.
Additional Shipping Fees: For packages exceeding a weight of 10 lb. or large items requiring special handling such as ceramics, we will contact the customer to provide a shipping quote and discuss the customer’s preferred method of shipment.
LOST PACKAGES
Unfortunately, we cannot control what happens to your package once they are in the hands of our designated mail carrier (UPS, USPS, FED EX, etc), therefore Cómodo is not responsible for any orders that are lost or stolen. We will, however, do our best to help you navigate the claims process to either locate your package or get you a refund. For added security, we recommend adding signature delivery to your order.
LOCAL PICKUP
This option is ONLY for customers within the New York City area. If you would like to place an online order for in-store pickup, please choose the "Local Pickup" option at check out to waive the shipping fee. You will receive an email when your order is ready, and we will arrange a pick up time and location within the NYC area.
